		<description><![CDATA[<p>Every year, some <a href="http://bleacherreport.com/nba">NBA</a> teams see a drop off in the wins column, and at the same time, a handful of teams improve.</p><p>Usually the "old" teams are expected to get a little worse with age, and the young "rebuilding" teams are expected to improve. 		<description><![CDATA[<p><span class="slot"><img src="/images/pixel.gif"/></span>Home court advantage or not, tonight&#8217;s 102-96 loss to the <a href="/milwaukee-bucks">Milwaukee Bucks</a> marks the third straight home loss for the <a href="/new-york-knicks">New York Knicks</a>.</p><p>With the loss, <a href="/new-york-knicks">New York</a> falls 35-37, two games below .500 and two games below the sixth-seed <a href="/philadelphia-76ers">Philadelphia 76ers</a>. Milwaukee improves to 32-41 and edges closer to the eight-seed <a href="/indiana-pacers">Indiana Pacers</a> who currently hold a two-game lead of the Bucks.</p> <p>Knicks were led by a 28 point and nine rebound effort from Amar&#8217;e Stoudemire and 25 points and eight rebounds from <a href="/carmelo-anthony">Carmelo Anthony</a>. Shawne Williams added 16 points off the bench. Bucks&#8217; Brandon Jennings had a game-high 37 points. Andrew Bogut provided a Kevin Love-like 21 points and 17 rebounds to go along with four block and three assists. Luc Richard Mbah a Moute and John Salmons added 12 and 11 points, respectively.</p> <p>While the Knicks shot poorly for 40 percent from the field (36-of-90), compared with the 50.6 percent (39-of-77), what killed the Knicks was their abysmal shooting from beyond the arc. The Knicks made an appalling 4-of-18 three-point attempts for 21.1 percent, only to be outdone by Bucks&#8217; 50 percent on 9-of-18 shooting from beyond the arc.</p> <p>Toney Douglas had a particularly bad shooting night, as he made six of his 17 field goal attempts and only two of his six three-point attempts, all in 35 minutes of game-time.</p><p>In 34 minutes of play, Chauncey Billups cored seven points on 3-of-11 shooting from the field and 1-of-5 from beyond the three-point line.</p> <span class="slot"><img src="/images/pixel.gif"/></span><p>Milwaukee took the Garden crowd out for the majority of the game, as the Bucks had never trailed throughout the game.</p> <p>The Knicks finally got the crown involved with 10:45 to play in the fourth quarter, as Toney Douglas' three-pointer cut the Bucks lead to 82-84.</p> <p>Neither team was able to gain a lead more than four points, that was up until Jennings running jumper at the 4:13 mark, which gave the Bucks a 93-88 lead.</p> <p>Another make by Jennings, this time a three-pointer, forced New York to call a timeout.
